When the surgery is closed, Frimley Primary Care Service (www.nhuc.co.uk) provides urgent medical care, (from 18:30 – 08:00 weekday evenings, all day and night at weekends and bank holidays). This service is mainly run by local GP’s and nurses.
If you are ill when the surgery is closed and you cannot wait for the surgery to open, you can phone the service on 111.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
